AUTUMN MENU LAUNCH 2023

This week we launched our delicious Autumn Menu. Our seasonal autumn menu was created by our group executive chef Tawnya Bahr, a leading food expert and founding partner of Straight To The Source. Tawnya has an innate passion for food and cooking that extends beyond the kitchen. She is an advocate for Australian produce and local growers and is passionate about supporting small farmers and producers. Her philosophy on food fits perfectly with our Paddock-to-Plate philosophy and we are very grateful to have her part of the Orchard ELC Tribe.

Our Paddock to Plate philosophy, sits at the heart of our curriculum: nutritious, healthy and delicious food is always served at Orchard ELC. We have surrounded our centres with extensive produce gardens and orchards, ensuring children not only have abounding access to the natural environment but also learn first-hand where their food comes from.

The Autumn Menu 2023 is filled with fresh produce sourced from sustainable & local community suppliers and packed with nutrients.

On Menu Launch Day all our families got to enjoy a sample box of the menu to take home. In the sample boxes we included: Pumpkin and oat slice, Veggie crudité with beetroot hummus, Mango and Coconut Energy Balls & Fresh Fruit.
