FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS
As educators, we understand the enormous amount of trust that families place in us to prepare their child for a life of learning and discovery.
We work hard to create a community that shares and celebrates each child’s experience, where families feel welcome to spend time and enjoy the space just as much as their children do. We actively encourage our families and community to be a part of our centre, to share their skills and ideas to enrich our daily program, because we know that children learn best when surrounded by a caring, passionate, and inclusive community. Throughout the year, we host regular family workshops and events, creating a space to share knowledge, experiences and develop strong ties within our Orchard ELC Family.
Our professional team of educators and family support teams actively support your family and children in an inclusive and supportive approach. If you think your child may require additional support, please talk to your child’s educators or the Orchard director.
