Menus
Forming healthy eating habits in the early years is a balance of eating a variety of foods and understanding where food comes from. Our menus provide children’s bodies with the nutrients needed to stay healthy, grow and develop. At Orchard Early Learning Centre we believe it’s important to support healthy eating habits as early as possible.
The children will have the opportunity to tend to our garden on a daily basis. Planting, watering, mulching, picking and tasting, and cooking. Our kitchen garden program allows children to try different culinary experiences and get involved in every process from planting to harvesting, cooking to serving a shared meal with their friends
